Overview
Supports day-to-day front desk operations and administrative functions across departments at a Phoenix manufacturing site. Manages visitor reception, mail, and scheduling; handles pre-employment processes and Notary duties; supports project coordination and data entry in SmartSheet. Works onsite and collaborates with CFO and management on special projects. This role offers hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment with a bilingual capability in English and Spanish.
