Front Desk Agent, Hospitality & Guest Experience
Overview
front desk agent at a luxury resort handling guest registration, information, and checkout for an exceptional stay. You will operate within a team delivering service standards across a 24/7 property. This role offers a part time, onsite opportunity in Phoenix. You will engage with guests, resolve issues, and ensure accurate billing.
What You'll Do11
- 1Greet guests and register them promptly with accurate data
- 2Code electronic keys and coupons as appropriate
- 3Post charges to guest accounts and balance house bank
- 4Handle cash, vouchers, and other forms of payment with accuracy
- 5Respond to guest requests and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction within guidelines
- 6Answer calls professionally and relay messages to guests or staff
- 7Retrieve mail, packages, and faxes and deliver to guests
- 8Close guest accounts at checkout and confirm guest satisfaction
- 9Field complaints and research effective resolutions
- 10Maintain a neat, safe, and well groomed workspace
- 11Assist other front desk personnel as needed
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma preferred
- 2Prior hospitality experience preferred but not required
- 3Ability to input information into a moderately complex computer system
- 4Proficiency with calculator and basic arithmetic
- 5Ability to stand and move continuously and lift up to 25 pounds
- 6Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- 7Ability to handle emergency situations calmly
- 8Ability to balance cash and perform clerical tasks accurately
- 9Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
- 10Commitment to following safety and security procedures
