Front Desk Agent, Hotel Guest Services & Front Office
Overview
Own the guest welcome and departure experience at a four diamond resort with a five-star mindset. You will be the first and last impression for guests, guiding them through check-in, stay needs, and check-out while coordinating with Concierge, Bell-Door and Ideal Services teams. This role emphasizes accuracy in folios, security of guest information, and proactive guest satisfaction. What You'll Do10
- 1Build guest accounts and room blocks in the system and follow through on requirements for check-in
- 2Prepare pre-registered guests and key packets to expedite arrival
- 3Communicate guest preferences and special requests to relevant departments
- 4Resolve discrepancies on room status and coordinate with Housekeeping for smooth transitions
- 5Document guest feedback and issues and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- 6Issue safe deposit boxes and manage security of keys
- 7Monitor and distribute guest faxes and generate daily reports
- 8Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel features, rates, promotions and hours of operation
- 9Maintain confidentiality of guest information and protect room access security
- 10Assist in processing check-outs and settling folios according to standards

- 1Strong verbal and written communication in English
- 2Accurate data entry into computer systems
- 3Ability to work cohesively with teams across departments
- 4Mathematical calculation proficiency and attention to detail
- 5Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure and prioritize tasks
- 6Previous customer service experience and front desk exposure is preferred
- 7Hotel front desk and cashiering experience is a plus
- 8Fluency in a foreign language is preferred
- 9Commitment to guest privacy and security
- 10Ability to stand for the full shift
