Field Service Technician, Industrial Machinery & Global Travel
Overview
Own and support installation, service, and maintenance of automated industrial machinery at customer sites globally. Travel up to 70% to install equipment, provide on-site training, perform repairs, and conduct preventative maintenance. Collaborate with testing and production teams when not traveling and live within a 45 minute radius of Joppa, MD.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build and install equipment at customer sites and ensure successful onboarding of machines
- 2Repair and service Better Engineering washers and related systems to minimize downtime
- 3Provide on-site training and operator coaching to customers for proper use and safety
- 4Perform preventative maintenance and inspections to extend equipment life and reliability
- 5Test equipment in production environments when not traveling to customer sites
