Overview
CNC and industrial machinery expert needed to own field service across regions supporting customers with advanced lathes and machining centers. You will diagnose, repair, install, and train on-site, acting as the primary technical resource. What You'll Do5
- 1Build and diagnose mechanical, electrical, software, and hydraulic/pneumatic issues on CNC machinery to restore performance
- 2Install and test post-installation CNC systems to ensure optimal machine operation
- 3Train customer operators on machine function, maintenance, and safety during on-site visits
- 4Document service activity, diagnostics, parts, and resolutions with precision
- 5Manage a regional travel schedule with regular overnight stays to support customer sites
Requirements5
- 12-year technical degree in mechanical, electrical, or machine tool technology or equivalent military technical experience
- 2Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment; PLC experience a plus
- 3Ability to read engineering drawings/schematics and use diagnostic tools such as gauges and test indicators
- 4Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to work independently
- 5Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
