What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on industrial and agricultural equipment at customer sites
  • 2Design and execute preventive maintenance routines to reduce downtime
  • 3Lead diagnostic efforts for mechanical and operational issues on conveyors, elevators, blenders, valves, and related equipment
  • 4Ship welding repairs and equipment modifications as needed
  • 5Test equipment after maintenance and repairs to ensure proper operation
  • 6Document service reports and maintenance records accurately for customers and internal teams
  • 7Communicate professionally with customers and team members to ensure clear expectations
  • 8Follow all company safety procedures during field assignments
  • 9Travel to customer sites with experienced technicians and adapt to varying job conditions
  • 10Assist with welding repairs and equipment modifications as part of the service

Requirements8

  • 1Valid driver's license and ability to travel 50-75% as needed
  • 2Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work indoors and outdoors
  • 3Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights
  • 4Strong mechanical aptitude and positive attitude with desire to learn
  • 5Willingness to travel and learn a skilled trade
  • 6Able to pass required drug screening and physical requirements
  • 7Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • 8Preferred backgrounds include Manufacturing, Maintenance, Construction, Farming, Automotive repair, Welding, Assembly, or Military experience
