Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, Industrial Ops & Safety
Overview
facility maintenance leadership role driving asset uptime and reliability at scale within a consumer operations campus. Lead preventive and predictive programs, root cause analysis, and contractor management to meet safety and regulatory standards. Work with a cross functional team on budgeting, capital projects, and continuous improvement, including energy reduction initiatives. What You'll Do8
- 1Lead maintenance strategy to maximize asset utilization and uptime.
- 2Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs including root cause analysis.
- 3Manage third party contractors and the contractor management program.
- 4Maintain equipment, buildings, and grounds to meet company standards including HVAC fire safety and critical process equipment.
- 5Provide responsive maintenance support ensuring timely service calls and machinery repairs.
- 6Support facility budgeting and capital projects and drive utility reduction initiatives.
- 7Oversee safety compliance per OSHA regulations and company policies.
- 8Coordinate with internal teams and customers to meet service level expectations.
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor`s Degree with 3 to 5 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience
- 2or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma or Technical School Certification with 6 to 8 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience
- 3Preferred Electrical or Vocational Certification or Bachelor`s Degree
- 4Onsite Phoenix Arizona role with 10% travel
- 5Flexibility to work weekends on call and overnight as needed
