What You'll Do10
- 1Build and supervise daily maintenance tasks and unit turns with a focus on resident satisfaction
- 2Design and implement preventative maintenance programs including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry with measurable reductions in defects
- 3Lead emergency response and on-call rotation to minimize downtime and safety risks
- 4Oversee service request tracking and ensure timely completion within company standards
- 5Drive safety and risk management adherence across the property and incidents with the property manager
- 6Mentor maintenance team and promote professional development within the crew
- 7Walk property weekly with leadership to identify challenges and opportunities for efficiency
- 8Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with company policy and local regulations
- 9Maintain property grounds and common areas to uphold cleanliness and curb appeal
- 10Monitor budget impact on maintenance costs and contribute to future budget planning
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2At least three years of experience in property management or related field
- 3General maintenance and carpentry skills
- 4Must have valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- 5Able to read, write and understand English with strong communication skills
