  • 4Oversee service request tracking and ensure timely completion within company standards
  • 5Drive safety and risk management adherence across the property and incidents with the property manager
  • 6Mentor maintenance team and promote professional development within the crew
  • 7Walk property weekly with leadership to identify challenges and opportunities for efficiency

Requirements5

  • 1High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2At least three years of experience in property management or related field
