Executive Assistant to EVP GTM, Government & Security
Overview
Air seeks an experienced Executive Assistant to support our EVP Go-To-Market in a fast growing, mission driven company. You will optimize executive time, manage evolving priorities, and coordinate across multiple teams in a high-paced environment. This role requires discretion, professionalism, and strong relationship building with internal and external stakeholders. This is a full-time, onsite role based in Arlington, VA requiring in-person support.
What You'll Do9
- 1Own end to end executive support for the EVP and manage evolving priorities
- 2Strategically manage calendars across time zones and anticipate needs
- 3Serve as trusted liaison for senior stakeholders and coordinate communications
- 4Develop high quality presentations and briefing materials for executive use
- 5Prepare meeting agendas, pre-reads, and post meeting follow ups
- 6Ensure meetings run seamlessly from planning to execution including IT, logistics and materials
- 7Coordinate complex travel arrangements and detailed itineraries
- 8Support leadership off-sites strategy sessions and company events
- 9Contribute to cross functional initiatives and evolving priorities
Requirements8
- 1U.S. Citizenship is required
- 2Bachelor's Degree Required
- 35+ years of Executive level administrative support experience
- 4Experience with government agencies or national security sector
- 5Ability to thrive in ambiguous fast paced environments
- 6Capable of producing high quality content on short deadlines
- 7Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 8Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple streams of work
