Executive Assistant, Government Services & Onsite Support
Overview
The Executive Assistant will support senior executives for a civilian agency onsite in Washington, DC, handling a high volume of administrative tasks at scale. You will partner with project managers and other offices to keep operations running smoothly across multiple teams. This role offers exposure to government programs and diverse project delivery in a fast-changing environment. You will bring discretion, professionalism, and strong communication to every interaction.
What You'll Do10
- 1Lead executive-level administrative tasks for high-level projects and programs
- 2Collaborate with executives and project managers to complete deliverables on time
- 3Serve as liaison with other offices to resolve day-to-day administrative issues
- 4Work independently or on teams on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects
- 5Manage special assignments and timelines as directed
- 6Plan and coordinate multiple presentations and trainings, and prepare reports and visuals
- 7Schedule and organize complex activities, meetings, and travel logistics
- 8Maintain electronic records and data with accuracy and confidentiality
- 9Communicate professionally with client personnel and internal teams
- 10Demonstrate strong judgment and initiative in coordinating information and resources
Requirements5
- 1U.S. citizenship
- 2Six years of Executive Assistant experience
- 3Proficiency with Office 365 including Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint SharePoint Teams
- 4Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat for viewing creating and routing PDFs for e-signatures
- 5Bachelor’s degree not required but preferred
