Operation Administration Support Specialist - Federal Client
Overview
The Concourse Group seeks an experienced Operations Administration Support Specialist to support a federal client. The role involves managing tasking and supporting the contract Project Manager and Program Analyst. Candidates must demonstrate attention to detail, professionalism, and strong communication skills. This client-facing position may require occasional travel to the National Capital Region.
What You'll Do12
- 1Manage the tasking mailbox logging routing and tracking incoming requests through to resolution
- 2Maintain organized electronic records and files for deliverables correspondence and reports
- 3Execute data entry tasks and track data management actions
- 4Draft format and proofread correspondence fact sheets and briefing materials for leadership review
- 5Schedule and coordinate meetings including calendar management and logistics for quarterly all hands events
- 6Support compilation of status reports dashboards and data summaries for leadership review
- 7Assist with formatting and updating facility related information across spreadsheets databases and presentations
- 8Support coordination of cross functional activities and track resulting action items to completion
- 9Assist with distribution and upkeep of communication plan and internal announcements
- 10Provide formatting and editing support in MS Word PowerPoint Excel and Adobe
- 11Provide project support such as action tracking development of regular status reports updating of project related documentation stakeholder point of contact information management and other project management support tasks
- 12Complete all assigned tasks on time or ahead of schedule
Requirements11
- 1High school diploma
- 2Two years of administrative experience in a professional work environment either as a federal employee or a contractor
- 3Minimum of two years of administrative experience for a federal government employer or as a federal contractor
- 4Direct experience with DHS or an associated DHS office or agency
- 5Must be a U.S. citizen
- 6Live locally to the National Capital Region
- 7Possess CPC Card or AWS Certified credentials
- 8Ability to work within structured guidelines
- 9Strong multi-tasking time management and decision making skills
- 10Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- 11Proven problem solving using critical thinking and detailed approaches
Salary Insight
$81 - $83k per year
