What You'll Do10
- 1Review SharePoint site to identify and implement necessary updates
- 2Draft and edit correspondence briefs and reports with discretion and tactful judgment
- 3Coordinate and assist with movement of government assets including office equipment supplies and materials
- 4Communicate with staff and departments to fulfill logistical and administrative needs
- 5Monitor supply levels and assist with ordering and restocking supplies
- 6Provide calendar and meeting support including scheduling agenda preparation and note taking for staff meetings and office projects
- 7Maintain organizational source requests using a centralized tracker
- 8Monitor and respond to routine inquiries via shared email box or phone escalating when necessary
- 9Assist with logistics and coordination of internal training workshops tasker responses
- 10Support DHS clearance process with CBP or DoD Top Secret preference
Requirements6
- 1Minimum three years of experience in a business administrative support role
- 2Ability to follow safety procedures and handle equipment responsibly
- 3Bachelor’s degree in Business Human Resource Management or related field
- 4Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including SharePoint Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint Power BI
- 5U.S. citizenship ability to pass background investigation
- 6DHS clearance with CBP or DoD Top Secret preferred
