Information Security Support Specialist
Overview
Shield Point LLC seeks an Information Security Support Specialist MID in Washington DC. This single seat owns classified document control up to TS/SCI level and leads document inspector duties. What You'll Do11
- 1Own classification control for TS/SCI documents
- 2Conduct inspections and provide recommendations for compromised information
- 3Monitor FinCEN programs to improve security controls
- 4Develop SOPs and training materials based on current policies
- 5Maintain internal databases and manage vendor escorts
- 6Update SIMS SharePoint and clearance tracking systems
- 7Provide bi-weekly office metrics reports to the COR
- 8Assist with National Operations Security program oversight
- 9Support emergency preparedness and safety protocols
- 10Generate administrative correspondence and documentation
- 11Implement security frameworks and coordinate with cross-functional teams
Requirements10
- 1Hands-on experience in Physical Security and Information Security disciplines
- 2Accountability of classified document holdings
- 3Reviewing documents for proper markings and classification
- 4Implementing government security programs and policies
- 5Possession of final Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
- 6U.S. citizenship required
- 73-5 years specialized experience in Information Security
- 8Ability to communicate effectively in English
- 9Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
- 10Proven written and verbal communication abilities
