Senior Industrial Security Representative (ISR)/CPSO - Cybersecurity
Overview
Lead and execute industrial security programs to protect classified assets and facilities. Manage clearance processes, oversee OSS and SCIF access, and ensure compliance with federal regulations. Collaborate with leadership and external agencies to safeguard sensitive information and infrastructure.
What You'll Do11
- 1Manage Open Storage Spaces and Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities while preserving accreditation
- 2Process DD254 and SCI nomination packages through full security clearance lifecycle management
- 3Maintain personnel security databases tracking clearances and training completion
- 4Conduct security self-inspections and implement risk mitigation strategies
- 5Coordinate with Leidos security teams and external stakeholders for program oversight
- 6Perform site inspections of OSS and SCIFs and document findings
- 7Ensure cleared personnel complete required security education and training
- 8Document compliance activities according to governing authority packages
- 9Utilize centralized systems to record clearances and movement data for global metrics
- 10Supervise customer inspections of classified facilities
- 11Develop and enforce security awareness programs for staff
Requirements11
- 1BA degree with 8-12 years relevant experience or Masters with 6-10 years
- 2TS/SCI clearance with active CI poly
- 3Prior Facility Security Officer and CPSO experience
- 4Working knowledge of NISPOM and ICD standards
- 5Expertise with SF-86, DD-254, and SCI nomination processes
- 6Proficiency in database systems like NISS and DISS
- 7Strong analytical skills for problem-solving in dynamic environments
- 8Ability to communicate security concepts to diverse audiences
- 9Experience with access control systems and intrusion detection
- 10Familiarity with threat mitigation and asset protection programs
- 11Commitment to independent operation with minimal supervision
