What You'll Do34
- 1Maintain and manage program security requirements including all customer compliance obligations
- 2Process security clearances and conduct SCI briefings and debriefings
- 3Provide technical security expertise in personnel physical computer investigations and operations
- 4Prepare security requirements guidance and procedures
- 5Ensure awareness of reporting responsibilities such as Foreign Contact and Travel
- 6Track SCI and collateral information safeguards
- 7Collaborate with DoW IC and officials to stay updated on security regulations
- 8Monitor and maintain security action records database and hardcopy
- 9Coordinate with internal and external security offices
- 10Interpret security policy regarding classified material handling
- 11Manage security operations and provide status reports
- 12Create and execute Security Awareness and CI training programs
- 13Collaborate with managers to ensure program operation understanding
- 14Draft RFIs and proposals
- 15Work closely with program management and government customers
- 16Conduct pre and post travel briefings
- 17Author CI briefings and provide counterintelligence updates
- 18Investigate security incidents and violations
- 19Respond to intrusion detection systems during week and weekends
- 20Update SOPs and maintain personnel records via SIMs
- 21Lead SCIF physical security including alarm tests and facility inspections
- 22Utilize Microsoft Office for documentation
- 23Evaluate clearance decisions made by government customers
- 24Apply knowledge of CT missions and overseas deployments
- 25Work independently with minimal supervision

- 29Maintain Top Secret SCI clearance with polygraph
- 30Modify or build SCIFs to meet ICD 705 specifications

- 1Bachelor's degree with 12+ years experience or equivalent experience
- 2Proven experience supporting security concepts principles and practices
- 3Deliver full range of security services including hiring and onboarding
- 4Interpret customer security policies and mitigate CI risks
- 5Excellent oral and written communication for diverse audiences
- 6Manage and oversee large security programs
- 7Brief multi-level audiences effectively
- 8Make sound decisions advising PMO and customer leadership
- 9Self-starter with integration experience in customer security teams
- 10Provide extended guidance in high threat environments
- 11Working knowledge of operational security and CI issues
- 12Organized with prioritization and documentation skills
- 13Manage SCIF physical security requirements
