What You'll Do10

  • 1Manage daily executive calendars for the PEO and Deputy PEO, scheduling meetings, prioritizing tasks, and coordinating staff actions.
  • 2Track and drive executive taskers, documentation, and staff packages to timely completion with full leadership visibility.
  • 3Coordinate classified meetings, senior-level engagements, distinguished visitor events, and executive briefings with strict adherence to security protocols.
  • 4Prepare, review, and maintain reports, charts, correspondence, presentations, and other executive-level documentation.
  • 5Support travel coordination using the Defense Travel System (DTS) for authorizations and arrangements.
  • 6Apply Microsoft Office and DAF365 to complete standard and complex administrative assignments.
  • 7Develop and improve executive office processes, workflows, procedures, and administrative standards to boost efficiency.
  • 8Coordinate project activities, monitor deadlines, and provide status updates to leadership.
  • 9Administer document review, approval, and executive signature cycles for critical correspondence.
  • 10Provide administrative oversight to clerical and program support staff within the executive office.

Requirements10

  • 13+ years providing executive administrative support in a government, military, or DoD contractor environment.
  • 2Active DoD security clearance required.
  • 3Must be a US citizen.
  • 4Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • 5Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience supporting senior leadership.
  • 6Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, collaboration tools, and web-based government systems.
  • 7Ability to handle sensitive information and support classified activities per established procedures.
  • 8Experience supporting Air Force Program Executive Offices (PEO), senior military leaders, or government executives preferred.
  • 9Experience with DTS, DAF365, and DoD administrative processes preferred.
  • 10Familiarity with DoD workflows, staff packages, and government correspondence processes preferred.
