What You'll Do8
- 1Run the executive’s calendar: schedule meetings, coordinate complex travel (including private aviation), and protect time for priorities.
- 2Manage personal operations: handle household logistics, bill payments, and vendor coordination without oversight.
- 3Plan and execute events: corporate gatherings, expos, fundraisers, and office openings across multiple locations.
- 4Screen and control access: field calls, emails, and meeting requests, declining or redirecting as needed to protect focus.
- 5Draft correspondence and briefing materials, responding with the executive’s voice and judgment.
- 6Solve problems before they escalate, anticipating issues and crafting creative solutions in ambiguous situations.
- 7Support multi-entity operations, navigating US corporate structures and international ventures seamlessly.
- 8Handle sensitive financial and personal data with confidentiality, ensuring privacy in every interaction.
Requirements8
- 15+ years in executive support, chief of staff, or a similar high-autonomy role.
- 2Proven ability to manage both corporate and personal responsibilities seamlessly.
- 3Exceptional judgment, discretion, and integrity; background check required.
- 4Strong problem-solving and independent decision-making skills.
- 5Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
