Overview
Own and deliver high quality patient care as a Dental Hygienist at a supported Heartland Dental office. Work with a collaborative team to provide preventive care, patient education, and comprehensive hygiene services. - 1Build strong patient relationships through comprehensive hygiene care

- 5Maintain accurate records using digital x rays, Velscope, Diagnodent, and EMR systems
- 6Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs to enhance clinical skills
- 7Contribute to a positive patient experience and practice culture
- 8Support office goals for growth and patient satisfaction
- 9Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
- 10Engage in virtual or in person training sessions to stay current with best practices
Requirements10
- 1Current dental hygienist license in Pennsylvania
- 2Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene
- 3Excellent knowledge of dentistry and hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation
- 4CPR Certification
- 50 years of clinical experience or more
- 6Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x rays, and EMR systems (preferred)
- 7Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation
- 8Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds
- 9Availability for virtual or in person training sessions periodically
- 10TB test requirement prior to starting employment in dental offices in most locations
