What You'll Do8

  • 1Build rapport with patients and ensure comfort before examinations
  • 2Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized operatory
  • 3Conduct initial mouth screenings and review oral health history
  • 4Identify conditions like gingivitis, caries, or periodontitis and document findings
  • 5Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-procedure care
  • 6Take X-rays and maintain patient charts and documentation
  • 7Collaborate with a high-excellence team to ensure patient care standards
  • 8Monitor supplies and maintain dental equipment and safety protocols

Requirements9

  • 1Degree or certificate in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
  • 2Current state license to practice dental hygiene
  • 3Local Anesthesia Certificate (preferred)
  • 42+ years of hands-on clinical hygiene experience
  • 5Knowledge of HIPAA health and safety regulations
  • 6Excellent communication and team skills
  • 7Detail-oriented, reliable, and organized
  • 8Ability to meet physical demands of the job
  • 9In-person work location in Phoenix
