- 4Restock shelves and recover misplaced merchandise throughout your shift, keeping displays full and organized.
- 5Unload delivery trucks and move stock to the sales floor using hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- 6Clean the store, including mopping floors, restocking bathrooms, and emptying trash bins to meet cleanliness standards.
- 7Collaborate with teammates and leaders to maintain a positive, safe environment for customers and staff.
- 8Learn new tasks and adapt to changing priorities as assigned by the store manager.
Requirements7
- 1High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
- 21+ years of customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store preferred.
- 3Ability to read and follow operational documents, such as safety guidelines and task lists.
- 4Lift 30-50 lbs. regularly from floor to above shoulder height and handle frequent walking, standing, and stooping.
- 5Strong communication skills to interact clearly and politely with customers and coworkers.
- 6Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks like stocking and cleaning without losing focus.
- 7Problem-solving skills to handle customer complaints and register issues on the spot.
