Customer Service Associate, Retail Store
Overview
As a Customer Service Associate at Dollar Tree, you will own the in-store experience for every shopper, from greeting and guiding to checkout and recovery. Requirements7
- 1High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 2Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
- 3Ability to lift 30-50 lbs. and meet physical demands including walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
- 4Strong customer service and relationship management skills required.
- 5Strong organizational and communication skills required.
- 6Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.
- 7Capable of following instructions and interpreting operational documents.
