Overview
Customer Care at RhythMedix owns patient support from baseline through EOS at scale and coordinates with the billing and clinical teams. What You'll Do9
- 1Build and maintain patient service timelines from baseline to EOS, ensuring timely updates
- 2Design and implement process improvements for onboarding, care coordination, and billing notifications
- 3Lead troubleshooting for non compliant patients and monitor reversals while documenting outcomes
- 4Ship timely alerts for delays interruptions or early discharges to practices and billing
- 5Own inbound calls from patients on toll free line and provide accurate information
- 6Scale patient record documentation and maintain compliant records
- 7Debug and resolve issues with the clinical admin workflow and portal emails
- 8Drive development of new protocols for the clinical admin department based on feedback
- 9Coordinate report requests and ensure data accuracy for care teams
