Owns daily RPM program operations at scale across multiple locations ensuring high-quality patient care and strong engagement while maintaining compliance with clinical and billing standards. Lead a team of coordinators, oversee device management, and collaborate with IT and clinic teams to resolve issues. This role is distinct for integrating operations, patient experience, and program governance in a growing remote monitoring program.

What You'll Do11

  • 1Lead patient enrollments and disenrollments with accurate education and compliance
  • 2Drive patient engagement initiatives including text campaigns and outreach workflows rpm
  • 3Audit coordinator performance and ensure accurate documentation, vitals review, time tracking, and billing metrics
  • 4Monitor urgent and out-of-range vitals with escalation protocols and patient safety in mind
  • 5Conduct biweekly KPI reviews and leadership-level performance check-ins with coordinators
  • 6Coordinate staffing, performance, and program improvements with leadership
  • 7Oversee RPM devices and vendor communications and support tickets tenovi
  • 8Manage device inventory, returns, and redistribution inventory
  • 9Supervise staff including timecards, PTO, performance reviews, and coaching
  • 10Collaborate with IT, facilities, and clinic teams to resolve operational issues
  • 11Ensure daily tasks and reporting are completed on time

Requirements5

  • 1Medical Assistant MA certification or diploma (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)
  • 2Experience in Remote Patient Monitoring or healthcare operations
  • 3Strong understanding of compliance, clinical documentation, and vital sign monitoring
  • 4Proven leadership experience managing staff in a healthcare environment
  • 5Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
