What You'll Do10

  • 1Build rapport with patients and physicians while obtaining INR results
  • 2Design and document patient interactions using call scripts and digital platforms in a healthcare context
  • 3Lead time management to meet schedule adherence and patient needs
  • 4Ship testing support, product overviews, and basic technology instructions to patients
  • 5Own escalations and complaints while maintaining HIPAA privacy and security standards
  • 6Drive adherence to prescribed test frequency and promote digital platform usage
  • 7Debug and resolve patient inquiries by applying policy controls and clinical guidelines
  • 8Scope and collect data on patient demographics and plan changes for accurate records
  • 9Scale communication strategies across multiple channels to support high-volume calls
  • 10Monitor outcomes and report findings to ensure patient satisfaction and continuity of care

Requirements10

  • 1High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • 22 years of high-call-volume call center experience
  • 3Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • 4Proficient with Microsoft Office and multiple digital platforms
  • 5Ability to work onsite in Livermore, CA and flexible training hours
  • 6Excellent attendance and time-management abilities
  • 7Experience handling sensitive information with HIPAA compliance
  • 8Comfort with standard computer setups and multiple screens
  • 9Willingness to work within changing priorities and environment
  • 10Preferred: Associate's degree and clinical environment experience
