What You'll Do10

- 8Scope and collect data on patient demographics and plan changes for accurate records
- 9Scale communication strategies across multiple channels to support high-volume calls
- 10Monitor outcomes and report findings to ensure patient satisfaction and continuity of care
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 22 years of high-call-volume call center experience
- 3Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 4Proficient with Microsoft Office and multiple digital platforms
- 5Ability to work onsite in Livermore, CA and flexible training hours
- 6Excellent attendance and time-management abilities
- 7Experience handling sensitive information with HIPAA compliance
- 8Comfort with standard computer setups and multiple screens
- 9Willingness to work within changing priorities and environment
- 10Preferred: Associate's degree and clinical environment experience
