What You'll Do8
- 1Review patient ECG data and algorithm findings for clinical accuracy and completeness
- 2Notify physicians of ECG abnormalities per established notification protocols
- 3Perform full quality assurance on final reports and implement format adjustments
- 4Maintain CCT certification and demonstrate proficiency in ECG rhythm interpretation
- 5Respond to patient inquiries and assist callers with monitoring-related questions
- 6Enhance clinical knowledge through continuous learning and specialization
- 7Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve patient outcomes
- 8Ensure compliance with all departmental and regulatory standards
Requirements9
- 1High school diploma or GED equivalent with associate degree preferred
- 23-5+ years of telemetry or monitor technician experience
- 3Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internet browser
- 4Strong written and verbal communication skills with clear telephone etiquette
- 5Excellent organizational abilities and multitasking capacity
- 6Ability to sit or stand for minimum 8 hours daily
- 7Commitment to teamwork and customer-focused service delivery
- 8Understanding of internal and external customer needs
