What You'll Do6

  • 1Build incident timelines and root-cause analyses for abnormal conditions
  • 2Design maintenance workflows and administrative tasks to support upkeeping of datacenter equipment and systems
  • 3Lead onboarding activities for new employees vendors and interns including equipment setup
  • 4Manage data center access requests and security group configurations
  • 5Create and update MOPs and SOPs and route documents through approval workflows
  • 6Assist in managing the CE SharePoint site and project component ownership

Requirements5

  • 1High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2Ability to meet Microsoft Cloud Background Check and other security screening requirements
  • 3Authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
  • 42+ years in technical services in high-availability environments (data centers etc)
  • 5Associate degree or technical trade certification or higher-equivalent education preferred
