Contract Analyst Senior - Revenue Integrity
Overview
Senior Contract Analyst leading revenue integrity initiatives overseeing the CHRISTUS Health Contract Management System. Manage diverse contract portfolio including GPOs and custom agreements while collaborating with legal supply chain and procurement teams. Ensure comprehensive contract data integrity prior to system upload.
What You'll Do11
- 1Lead self and lead others through proactive contract oversight and governance
- 2Drive compliance with OneCHRISTUS competency standards as part of the Contract Management Council
- 3Coordinate contract execution requirements with legal business owners and cross functional teams
- 4Upload executed contracts into CMIS with proper categorization and activation per business owner guidelines
- 5Maintain CMIS categorization structure and present updates to the Contract Management Council
- 6Develop contract headers for new agreements under business owner direction
- 7Analyze contract data feeds for errors and coordinate resolution with contract business owners
- 8Partner with supply chain data management teams to align third party system integrations
- 9Provide insights on data discrepancies and standardization opportunities within the CMIS
- 10Generate and distribute automated reports tracking contract expirations across all contract types
- 11Format GPO and non-GPO contract data according to Infor template specifications
Requirements9
- 15+ years experience building and managing complex contract portfolios
- 2Spark and Airflow proficiency for ETL pipeline development
- 3Certification aligned with CHRISTUS Health licensing requirements
- 4Strong analytical skills for identifying data inconsistencies and improvement areas
- 5Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- 6Experience with Optime, Pyxis, and POU systems
- 7Understanding of CPC Card and BCBA certification relevance
- 8Demonstrated leadership capabilities in team environments
- 9Proven track record of delivering results within tight deadlines
