Sr. Contracts Associate Procurement
Overview
Senior Contracts Associate responsible for managing clinical trial agreements and vendor contracts remotely for a biotechnology firm. This fully remote 4 month contract supports clinical studies through negotiation and administration of legal documents. Collaboration with Clinical Operations Finance Legal and CRO ensures alignment with business objectives.
What You'll Do11
- 1Manage execution of clinical trial agreements and related site facing contracts
- 2Negotiate structure and administration of contractual documents establishing business relationships
- 3Review and approve documents to protect contractual position and ensure policy compliance
- 4Advise management on contractual rights and obligations
- 5Provide interpretation of terms and conditions
- 6Negotiate clinical site agreements including NDAs Clinical Trial Agreements Power of Attorney
- 7Monitor contract status with CRO partners and perform follow up on outstanding issues
- 8Contribute to development of contract templates and SOPs
- 9Support generation of amended contract and budget documents
- 10Analyze contract performance and understand requirements
- 11Maintain attention to detail and strong communication skills
