Overview

You will own contract compliance and monthly analysis of Compass insurance premiums and fringe benefit costs. Using Excel and SAP, you will identify trends, automate reporting, and partner with Internal Audit, Legal, and Field Operations to ensure accuracy. This hybrid role in Charlotte drives process improvements and connects with senior finance leaders across sectors.

What You'll Do10

  • 1Analyze monthly insurance premiums and fringe benefits to identify trends and support decision making.
  • 2Build automation solutions in Excel and SAP to strengthen controls and improve reporting accuracy.
  • 3Centralize data collection and maintain data accuracy with Internal Audit, Legal, and Field Operations.
  • 4Implement procedures and controls to ensure client contract compliance.
  • 5Assess data independently, articulate recommendations, and defend conclusions with sector finance teams.
  • 6Complete analysis and process journal entries at operation and corporate levels to ensure P&L accuracy.
  • 7Reconcile client and contractual insurance and benefits accounts.
  • 8Handle sensitive HR and benefits data with confidentiality.
  • 9Support special projects assigned by Manager and Senior Management.
  • 10Collaborate with Benefits and Compensation, Risk Management, Legal, Labor Relations, and Payroll teams.

Requirements7

  • 13+ years in accounting and financial analysis.
  • 2B.S. degree in accounting or finance.
  • 3Strong communication and cross-functional influence skills.
  • 4Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP.
  • 5Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • 6Ability to prioritize multiple projects in deadline-driven environments.
  • 7Experience with Hyperion, Essbase, Access, Power BI, Blackline, or SQL is a plus.
