Compensation Analyst Senior - HR Shared Services
Overview
Lead compensation program management at Christus Health ensuring alignment with compensation philosophy and OneCHRISTUS competencies. Owner of market pricing benchmarking and annual salary surveys. What You'll Do11
- 1Meet expectations of the applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders
- 2Conduct accurate market pricing/benchmarking of jobs including ad hoc reviews as requested
- 3Responsible for annual salary survey data submissions by the survey deadline
- 4Perform internal equity analysis of pay considering all ministries facilities and locations
- 5Analyze competitive positioning across the enterprise considering all ministries and locations
- 6Perform job analysis job evaluation and job classification initiatives to maintain accurate job leveling and FLSA classification
- 7Evaluate new and revised job descriptions ensuring content alignment and reflection of essential functions
- 8Collaborate with appropriate audience to address compensation-related inquiries and support workforce planning
- 9Manage multiple ticket queues within established SLAs
- 10Prepare and analyze complex issues delivering recommendations to leadership
- 11Provide thorough and accurate cost analysis for premium pay practices and shift differentials
Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) through WorldatWork preferred
- 3Bachelor’s degree in human resources business finance or related field
- 4Advanced understanding of FLSA and other federal and local wage and hour legislation
- 5Intermediate knowledge of HRIS/compensation systems
- 6Solid understanding of Excel and PowerPoint
- 7Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
- 8Proven experience managing large-scale compensation projects across complex organizations
- 9Occasional overnight travel
