What You'll Do9
- 1Monitor and direct client maintenance procedures financial reporting and subcontractor performance
- 2Analyze material procurement quality of work communication with owners subcontractors and architecture firms
- 3Prepare administration documents such as estimates general conditions and budgets for owner and subcontractor review
- 4Coordinate project mobilization demobilization and equipment logistics with finance administrators
- 5Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships travel to markets and resolve urgent customer concerns
- 6Ensure confidentiality uphold financial legal and ethical standards and act as a professional role model
- 7Drive process optimization and address constructability technical legal issues
- 8Lead ad-hoc projects manage change orders and liaise with subcontractors through regular client updates
- 9Operate within organizational policies comply with SMS values and demonstrate advanced negotiation and analytical skills
Requirements5
- 1Four-year Construction Science or Engineering degree or equivalent experience in engineering project management or construction management
- 2Five plus years of project management experience especially in commercial retail banking or retail sectors
- 3Expertise in commercial construction estimating means and methods accounting and LEED certification
- 4Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft suite
- 5Strong verbal written communication teamwork and relationship building abilities
