Overview
We seek a Compensation Manager to lead compensation strategy across multiple regions and functional groups in Dallas. This hybrid role designs and governs compensation programs ensuring competitiveness equity and alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate will partner with HR Finance and business leaders to drive talent attraction retention and performance through robust compensation frameworks.
What You'll Do11
- 1Lead strategy design implementation and governance of compensation programs across regions and functional groups
- 2Manage broad-based compensation programs supporting organizational growth workforce planning and talent attraction
- 3Oversee salary structures pay ranges job architecture and compensation guidelines for scalability
- 4Partner with HR Finance and business leadership to develop compensation programs aligned with strategy
- 5Provide strategic compensation consultation for hiring promotions transfers retention and market adjustments
- 6Lead annual compensation cycles including merit planning salary reviews incentives and budgeting support
- 7Conduct market pricing benchmarking and competitive pay analysis using surveys and internal data
- 8Analyze compensation data to identify equity risks and recommend corrective actions
- 9Serve as subject matter expert on compensation policy interpretation program design and complex pay issues
- 10Ensure compliance with federal state and local laws including FLSA and other pay-related regulations
- 11Design and administer variable pay programs aligning with business objectives and operational needs
Requirements12
- 17+ years progressive compensation experience supporting large multi-region organizations
- 2Significant experience in compensation total rewards HR consulting or related field
- 3Proven track record managing compensation strategy salary structures and market pricing
- 4Experience with M&A compensation due diligence and integration planning
- 5Expertise in base wage administration merit planning job architecture and market benchmarking
- 6Proficiency with compensation systems Xactly SuccessFactors ADP and PayFactors
- 7Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables lookups and complex data analysis
- 8Certifications such as CCP CBP CPP SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
- 9High school diploma required bachelor's degree preferred
- 10Strong analytical skills consulting abilities and knowledge of compensation compliance
- 11Experience with HRIS systems survey platforms and project management
- 12Excellent communication interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
