Senior Manager Compensation North America
Overview
Lead compensation design and management across North America for Rentokil North America. Drive growth by supporting talent attraction and retention. Champion change and deliver value-added services. Differentiate through strategic insights and cross-functional collaboration.
What You'll Do11
- 1Manage at least 2 full time exempt direct reports focusing on hiring coaching and performance management
- 2Engage with key positions to align programs with business initiatives and foster a diverse workforce
- 3Execute compensation and reward initiatives ensuring alignment with business goals
- 4Analyze market competitiveness internal equity and compliance to develop recommendations
- 5Lead communication efforts for all initiatives providing field-level expertise
- 6Support Best in Class programs including Rewards & Recognition and M&A compensation matters
- 7Prepare executive summaries and collaborate with HR CoEs across regions
- 8Drive analytical solutions for cross-functional challenges and operational issues
- 9Mentor and develop talent while influencing stakeholders at all levels
- 10Oversee end-to-end rewards process from design to delivery
- 11Ensure program compliance with wage hour regulations and provincial requirements
Requirements11
- 1Minimum 8+ years experience in Compensation across multiple areas including employee relations
- 2Strong leadership with 5+ years management experience
- 3Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional influence
- 4Advanced analytical abilities with experience in M&A projects
- 5Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field with Master’s preferred
- 6CCP certification a plus for enhanced credibility
- 7Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications
- 8Experience with Workday preferred
- 9Ability to present complex compensation concepts in an approachable manner
- 10Physical stamina to lift up to 10 pounds and sit for extended periods
- 11Strong visual acuity and attention to detail for data analysis tasks
