What You'll Do5
- 1Follow all company safety standards including PPE and safe lifting techniques
- 2Maintain clean organized work areas and log setup times using data systems
- 3Perform tool changes and daily machine maintenance tasks
- 4Make minor program edits under supervision and conduct full dimensional verification
- 5Support mentoring less experienced operators and complete production jobs efficiently
Requirements5
- 14–7 years of experience in a machine shop including CNC setup
- 2Hands-on experience with multi-axis CNC lathes and Swiss-style CNC lathes
- 3Ability to read GD&T and interpret complex blueprints
- 4Knowledge of tool selection processes and insert identification
- 5Experience with CAM software and CNC control safety features
Salary Insight
