This role involves setting up and operating CNC lathes to meet specifications while adhering to safety and quality standards. Candidates will collaborate with a team to optimize production workflows and document production data.

You will own CNC setup, programming, and operation for CNC mills and lathes, producing precision components against strict blueprint tolerances. You work in a climate-controlled shop with 120 CNC machines and advanced metrology equipment, collaborating with a team of machinists and trainers. This role includes G and M code programming, Siemens and Fanuc controls, and first-piece inspection using micrometers and calipers.
