What You'll Do10
- 1Manage and maintain assigned client accounts
- 2Communicate recovery status updates to clients throughout the recovery process
- 3Build and maintain strong client relationships
- 4Coordinate with operations dispatch and field teams to ensure accurate information
- 5Monitor team mailboxes assign to appropriate members and maintain boxes
- 6Review and process account documentation
- 7Maintain detailed account notes and records
- 8Respond to client inquiries professionally and timely
- 9Assist with reporting compliance and administrative functions
- 10Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and service delivery
Requirements9
- 15 Years of Escalation Customer Service
- 2Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office
- 3High School Diploma or 2 or 4 Year Degree
- 4Previous experience with a bank credit union auto finance lending mortgage collections or similar financial organization preferred
- 5Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- 6Excellent organizational multitasking abilities
- 7High attention to detail and accuracy
- 8Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
- 9Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
