Dispatch Center Specialist (Bilingual, Repossession)
Overview
You will own live dispatch coordination for recoveries across Texas, handling 50-100 orders per shift in a 24/7 command center. You report to the Dispatch Supervisor and work alongside field agents, LPR teams, and yard crews. This role puts you at the center of real-time operations with Clearplan, Verizon Connect, and LPR camera systems, where every decision impacts recovery speed and client trust.
What You'll Do8
- 1Monitor and coordinate live recovery orders in Clearplan, RDN, and client portals, tracking vehicle locations and status updates across multiple markets.
- 2Dispatch recovery agents based on geography, priority, and availability, ensuring prompt response and efficient routing.
- 3Communicate directly with field agents and yard teams to manage incoming recoveries, releases, and inventory movements.
- 4Use Verizon Connect and LPR camera systems to track assets and maintain safety oversight during recoveries.
- 5Update and close client orders in real time to maintain transparency and performance metrics.
- 6Report KPIs, agent productivity, and recovery timelines to management, identifying bottlenecks and improvement areas.
- 7Ensure compliance with all TDLR regulations, client policies, and company procedures during every dispatch.
- 8Handle emergency calls and incidents professionally, escalating to management when needed.
Requirements8
- 11+ years in dispatching, logistics, law enforcement communications, or repo industry operations.
- 2Proficient with Clearplan, RDN, Verizon Connect, and Google Workspace.
- 3Proven ability to multitask and communicate clearly in high-pressure situations.
- 4Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- 5Team-oriented and dependable, with flexible availability for nights and weekends.
- 6Familiarity with LPR systems (e.g., DRN, MVTrac) preferred.
- 7Knowledge of repossession compliance and lienholder communication standards preferred.
- 8Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus.
