Broker Account Resolution Specialist
Overview
Triumph Financial seeks a passionate Broker Account Resolution Specialist in Dallas to lead payment resolution initiatives. This role drives accurate freight transactions and builds client partnerships while managing broker accounts and collections.
What You'll Do11
- 1Monitor and manage assigned broker accounts to ensure timely payment of outstanding balances
- 2Contact brokers about past-due invoices via phone email and written correspondence
- 3Investigate billing discrepancies payment disputes and account reconciliation issues
- 4Maintain detailed records of collection activities communications and account status updates
- 5Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up on commitments
- 6Collaborate with internal departments to resolve collection-related issues
- 7Review aging reports and prioritize collection efforts based on risk and delinquency levels
- 8Prepare collection status reports and provide updates to management
- 9Ensure compliance with company policies regulatory requirements and collection procedures
- 10Identify process improvements to reduce outstanding receivables
- 11Other duties as assigned
Requirements12
- 1High school diploma or equivalent required associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 23+ years advanced experience in collections accounts receivable broker services or related fields
- 3Strong understanding of collection practices and account reconciliation
- 4Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 5Proficiency with Microsoft Office accounts receivable systems
- 6Ability to manage multiple priorities meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- 7Analytical problem-solving skills
- 8Customer service expertise with focus on solution-oriented approaches
