Overview

You will own a portfolio of B2B customer accounts at ClinTech Health, driving collections to reduce outstanding balances and improve cash flow. You will apply analytical skills in Microsoft Excel and ERP platforms to resolve disputes and negotiate payments. Working alongside Billing, Sales, and Customer Service, you will tackle root causes of delinquency. This contract role offers a hybrid schedule in Lewisville, TX and a chance to shape AR processes.

What You'll Do10

  • 1Manage assigned customer accounts, performing aging analysis and setting collection priorities.
  • 2Develop collection strategies based on account history, payment trends, and customer risk factors.
  • 3Identify root causes of delinquency and coordinate resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
  • 4Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve account disputes.
  • 5Research complex disputes, reconciliation issues, and payment discrepancies using Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, or MS Dynamics D365.
  • 6Analyze account activity including invoices, credits, adjustments, and deductions.
  • 7Partner with Billing, Sales, Customer Service, and Cash Applications teams to resolve payment issues.
  • 8Prepare and analyze collection reports, aging trends, and performance metrics.
  • 9Document all collection activities and outcomes, escalating risks as needed.
  • 10Support training and knowledge sharing for other Collections Analysts.

Requirements9

  • 12-5 years of business-to-business collections or accounts receivable experience.
  • 2Strong knowledge of order-to-cash, billing, and accounts receivable processes.
  • 3Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and reporting.
  • 4Experience with ERP platforms such as Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, or MS Dynamics D365.
  • 5Ability to interpret account data and solve problems analytically.
  • 6Skill in negotiating payment outcomes and influencing customer behavior.
  • 7Knowledge of reconciliation, credits, deductions, and dispute resolution.
  • 8Clear communication for cross-departmental collaboration.
  • 9High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
