What You'll Do7
- 1Investigate and evaluate subrogation claims to identify recovery opportunities
- 2Manage a caseload of subrogation files from inception through resolution
- 3Negotiate settlements with adverse parties insurers and legal representatives
- 4Draft and send demand letters and supporting documentation to liable third parties
- 5Coordinate with insurance carriers attorneys and internal teams to maximize recovery
- 6Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in claims management systems
- 7Monitor statutes of limitations and ensure timely pursuit of recovery actions
Requirements5
- 1Prior experience in subrogation insurance claims or collections recovery
- 2Strong negotiation and communication skills both written and verbal
- 3Familiarity with property & casualty auto or workers compensation subrogation principles
- 4Ability to analyze liability damages and coverage to assess recovery potential
- 5Proficiency with claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite
