Client Relationship Manager, Residential Landscape
Overview
You'll own the full client lifecycle for high-end residential landscape accounts in the D.C. metro, from first request to project completion. Manage a portfolio of luxury properties using Aspire CRM alongside Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Teams to track every interaction. You'll work with a collaborative team of landscape professionals, backed by a company with a stellar reputation since 2003. This role stands out because you'll act as the client's advocate, ensuring every property is elevated and every promise is kept.
What You'll Do7
- 1Respond to all client requests within 24 hours using Aspire and Outlook, setting the standard for prompt service.
- 2Inspect properties and report on the performance of management services, turning issues into action plans.
- 3Identify enhancement opportunities through better plantings or services, then sell and schedule the work.
- 4Estimate costs, determine sales charges, and arrange billing for all goods and services.
- 5Manage sold projects from contract to completion, ensuring delivery matches the client's vision.
- 6Process maintenance requests based on client feedback, treating every property as your own.
- 7Coach and mentor team members to improve landscape quality and client satisfaction.
Requirements5
- 13+ years in landscaping, customer service, and sales, with at least 1 year in LMA (Lead, Manage, Accountability).
- 2Proven ability to discuss services and calculate costs using Microsoft Office and Aspire.
- 3Strong problem-solving and attention to detail, applied to boutique client service.
- 4Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- 5Experience with horticulture or business management is a plus but not required.
