- 1Manage client communications throughout project lifecycle
- 2Maintain portfolio of residential and commercial landscaping accounts
- 3Identify upgrade opportunities and coordinate enhancements
- 4Prepare and present estimates proposals and project recommendations
- 5Coordinate with production crews vendors and subcontractors
- 6Conduct site visits to assess property scope and condition
- 7Track sales activity and project progress in CRM systems
- 8Ensure quality compliance and meet customer expectations
- 9Support upselling and long-term account growth
- 10Read basic landscape plans or site layouts
- 11Demonstrate strong organization and time management abilities
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing client relationships and sales
- 35+ years experience in landscaping lawn maintenance or construction
- 4Valid driver’s license for frequent travel
- 5Ability to operate heavy equipment safely
- 6Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 7Proficiency with CRM software
- 8Strong attention to detail and problem solving
- 9Certification in CPC Card preferred
- 10Familiarity with AWS Certified cloud platforms beneficial
- 11Knowledge of React for internal reporting tools
