What You'll Do11
- 1Build and maintain comprehensive ETL pipelines using Spark and Airflow
- 2Design scalable drainage solutions with pavers walls and trenching equipment
- 3Drive crew productivity through effective training and supervision
- 4Operate heavy machinery including excavators backhoes trenchers and skid steer units
- 5Implement mulching installation and maintenance programs
- 6Manage inventory and equipment upkeep for optimal efficiency
- 7Coordinate with cross functional teams to complete projects on schedule
- 8Develop safety protocols for all field operations
- 9Analyze crew performance metrics to identify improvement areas
- 10Maintain detailed records of project progress and documentation
- 11Foster collaborative environment that encourages innovation
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing construction crews
- 3Valid drivers license required for truck trailer operation
- 4Excellent mechanical aptitude for equipment maintenance
- 5Proven leadership experience in fast paced environments
- 6Strong communication skills for client interactions
- 7Certified in relevant industry standards
- 8Experience with heavy equipment operation
