What You'll Do11
- 1Meet sales quotas and drive revenue growth within assigned portfolio
- 2Conduct site visits and perform Landscape Quality Audits to verify service standards
- 3Present enhancement recommendations and seasonal proposals tailored to client needs
- 4Resolve client issues swiftly using a solutions-oriented approach
- 5Manage financial aspects of portfolio including billing and collections
- 6Collaborate with Design and Construction teams for seamless project transitions
- 7Partner with Production Managers to align schedules and performance expectations
- 8Identify and escalate performance issues impacting client satisfaction
- 9Support best practices in maintenance and horticultural care
- 10Track opportunities and implement strategies for profitably delivering services
- 11Prepare and present new landscape maintenance proposals
Requirements7
- 15+ years in landscape account management or client-facing sales roles
- 2Strong knowledge of horticulture and seasonal property care
- 3Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- 4Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- 5Familiarity with irrigation systems and upgrade recommendations
- 6Detail-oriented with multi-account management capabilities
- 7Bilingual Spanish proficiency is a plus
