Landscape Enhancement Coordinator at WJ Landscapes
Overview
We seek a detail-oriented professional to support our Horticulturalist in delivering exceptional service. This role blends administrative coordination project preparation and client communication. Success requires excellent computer skills and a proactive approach to ensure projects are ready before crews arrive.
What You'll Do17
- 1Schedule WJ personnel and subcontractors for tree shrub and treatment services
- 2Communicate arrival windows to clients and notify them of property restrictions
- 3Work daily with the Horticulturalist to support client visits and property evaluations
- 4Prepare enhancement estimates based on field notes and recommendations
- 5Organize job walk summaries and meeting notes
- 6Assist with administrative tasks related to enhancement recommendations
- 7Prioritize and track enhancement opportunities from proposal to completion
- 8Coordinate awarded projects with field crews
- 9Create tool and supply lists for enhancement crews
- 10Order plant material irrigation supplies and other project materials
- 11Ensure materials equipment and special instructions are prepared before installation
- 12Communicate project details and expectations with production staff
- 13Monitor project progress and resolve logistical issues
- 14Become proficient in Aspire Landscape Management Software
- 15Enter estimates job information and project documentation accurately
- 16Maintain organized digital records like irrigation legends and planting notes
- 17Use Google Drive images and calendar for organization
