What You'll Do10

  • 1Manage commercial landscaping and site development projects from kickoff to closeout, coordinating field crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • 2Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure on-time completion, adjusting as needed to keep milestones.
  • 3Monitor project budgets, job costs, and profitability, processing change orders and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • 4Conduct regular jobsite visits, quality inspections, and safety reviews to uphold standards.
  • 5Review plans, specifications, and project documentation to guide execution.
  • 6Manage material procurement, equipment scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
  • 7Ensure timely billing, forecasting, and project closeout procedures.
  • 8Maintain strong communication with clients, property managers, contractors, and internal teams.
  • 9Identify opportunities for additional project work and client growth.
  • 10Support and develop field leaders through coaching and accountability.

Requirements10

  • 15+ years in commercial landscaping, construction, or related project management.
  • 2Experience managing multiple landscape installation projects simultaneously.
  • 3Strong understanding of landscape installation, hardscape construction, irrigation systems, grading and drainage, and landscape lighting.
  • 4Strong scheduling, budgeting, and organizational skills.
  • 5Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • 6Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • 7Valid driver's license.
  • 8Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Landscape Management, Horticulture, or related field.
  • 9Preferred: Experience with project management software such as Aspire, LMN, or Procore.
  • 10Preferred: OSHA safety knowledge and field safety leadership experience.
