What You'll Do10

  • 1Build civil engineering designs and technical documents for multi disciplinary projects that meet scope and schedule goals
  • 2Design plans specifications cost estimates schedules and supporting reports for site development and infrastructure
  • 3Lead site grading drainage utility stormwater and erosion control design and approvals
  • 4Support permitting activities coordinate with local state and regulatory agencies and track approvals throughout project lifecycle
  • 5Provide construction administration support including site visits inspections and project meetings
  • 6Collaborate with project managers engineers and designers to ensure quality and timely deliverables
  • 7Mentor junior engineers on project tasks and technical execution
  • 8Assist with development of QA/QC processes and technical standards
  • 9Prepare and contribute to client and agency communications and presentations
  • 10Drive project continuity from design through construction administration and closeout

Requirements10

  • 1Registered Civil Engineer in Oregon or ability to obtain within six months
  • 2EIT with PE exam scheduled acceptable
  • 34+ years of civil engineering experience supporting site land development or infrastructure projects
  • 4Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • 5Strong technical organizational and problem solving skills
  • 6Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a project team
  • 7Effective communication with internal teams clients and agency staff
  • 8Familiarity with jurisdictional design standards used by local agencies
  • 9Experience with Land use entitlement and permitting processes
  • 10Professional Engineer registration in Washington (preferred)
