Civil Engineer Beaverton Public Infrastructure & Site Development

What You'll Do10
- 1Build civil engineering designs and technical documents for multi disciplinary projects that meet scope and schedule goals
- 2Design plans specifications cost estimates schedules and supporting reports for site development and infrastructure
- 3Lead site grading drainage utility stormwater and erosion control design and approvals
- 4Support permitting activities coordinate with local state and regulatory agencies and track approvals throughout project lifecycle
- 5Provide construction administration support including site visits inspections and project meetings
- 6Collaborate with project managers engineers and designers to ensure quality and timely deliverables
- 7Mentor junior engineers on project tasks and technical execution
- 8Assist with development of QA/QC processes and technical standards
- 9Prepare and contribute to client and agency communications and presentations
- 10Drive project continuity from design through construction administration and closeout
Requirements10
- 1Registered Civil Engineer in Oregon or ability to obtain within six months
- 2EIT with PE exam scheduled acceptable
- 34+ years of civil engineering experience supporting site land development or infrastructure projects
- 4Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- 5Strong technical organizational and problem solving skills
- 6Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a project team
- 7Effective communication with internal teams clients and agency staff
- 8Familiarity with jurisdictional design standards used by local agencies
- 9Experience with Land use entitlement and permitting processes
- 10Professional Engineer registration in Washington (preferred)
