Civil Project Engineer, Land Development & Site Design

You will own site design and engineering documents for land development projects across commercial, multifamily, and public works sectors. What You'll Do7
- 1Apply civil engineering principles to site layout, grading, stormwater, water and sewer, and roadway design.
- 2Draft construction documents using AutoCAD and Civil 3D for subdivisions and commercial developments.
- 3Prepare improvement plans, specifications, and permit applications for DEN and municipal agencies.
- 4Perform and review drainage, water/wastewater, and transportation calculations to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- 5Resolve data discrepancies through systematic analysis and document clear solutions.
- 6Manage concurrent projects, tracking schedules, budgets, and client expectations from design to delivery.
- 7Drive business development by nurturing client relationships and delivering high-quality work that wins repeat business.
Requirements7
- 14+ years of civil engineering experience, with 2+ years in land development preferred.
- 2Bachelor of Engineering from a board-approved four-year curriculum.
- 3PE license or eligibility to take the PE exam within six months of hire.
- 4Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D for site design and drafting.
- 5Strong understanding of grading, stormwater, and utility system design principles.
- 6Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- 7Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
