  • 2Develop surface water management plans and site grading designs for land development projects
  • 3Produce roadway design plans and specifications in AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • 4Take projects from entitlements through construction, coordinating with surveyors, engineers, and contractors
  • 5Process multiple permitting entitlements across governmental agencies, using local experience to meet schedules
  • 6Implement complex permitting strategies for large-scale developments and compact commercial infills
  • 7Drive company marketing efforts by building relationships with clients and governmental agencies
  • 8Deliver high-quality project outcomes that contribute to company growth and client satisfaction

Requirements7

  • 1Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an EAC/ABET Accredited University
  • 2PE Licensure required
  • 33-5 years of experience in land development, with site design and permitting
  • 4Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD, StormCAD, and SewerCAD
  • 5Strong knowledge of potable water and wastewater system design principles
  • 6Experience managing projects from concept to construction
  • 7Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interactions
