What You'll Do7
- 1Lead land development projects from planning and entitlement through design and construction, ensuring Civil 3D models meet code and client vision.
- 2Direct multidisciplinary teams to deliver grading, drainage, utility, and roadway designs, coordinating with all stakeholders.
- 3Own the technical review of calculations, reports, and plans, driving quality with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- 4Manage schedules, budgets, and client expectations, steering projects through permitting with municipal agencies.
- 5Mentor engineers and designers, raising technical standards across the team.
- 6Drive business development by fostering client relationships and pursuing new project opportunities.
- 7Champion quality assurance on every deliverable, from initial design to final construction support.
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 27+ years in civil engineering design, land development, and utility systems.
- 3Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) preferred.
- 4Advanced proficiency with Civil 3D and strong working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- 5Experience with drainage design, H&H modeling, and stormwater management.
- 6Familiarity with construction management and construction administration practices.
- 7Experience performing plan reviews and navigating permitting with municipal agencies.
- 8Strong communication and project management skills, with ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and mentor staff.
